Exchanges
Since most of my products are made to order, all sales are final.That said, I want you to be happy with your purchase and if you're unhappy for any reason, I will work with you to make it right.
I have a 14-day exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.
To start exchange, you can contact me at kareneisenbergdesigns@gmail.com. Items sent back to me without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted. Shipping costs are not included in any exchange credit; the customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
Custom orders and discounted jewelry are final sale.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
