Shop Policies

 

While I keep extra stock in some styles, most Karen Eisenberg Designs pieces are made to order. Though the wait time is often shorter, please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery. Custom work can take longer as it requires several meetings (remote and/or in person) to see the process through to its finish.

Every piece is handcrafted, and you can expect subtle variations in texture, shape, and size (which is what keeps the work interesting and special).

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact me immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Repairs

I provide repairs on anything I have made. New pieces are guaranteed for 90 days after purchase if breakage happens due to flaws in material or construction and will be repaired at no charge to the customer. Any repairs requested more than 90 days after purchase are subject to fees to cover my time, materials, and shipping.

I can offer repair estimates via email with photo and explanation. However, please note the complexity of a repair may not be evident until the piece is reviewed, and estimates are subject to change. Final repair costs will be determined upon receipt of the item. In very rare circumstances of excessive wear and tear, repairs might not be possible.

Shipping Your Exchange or Repair

Send an email to kareneisenbergdesigns@gmail.com to begin the exchange or repair process. Further instructions will be provided.

When shipping your exchange or repair, the customer must return items in proper packaging, with insurance and tracking information. Karen Eisenberg Designs will not be liable for loss or damage of returned jewelry without proof of delivery.
